Can be added to your face oil blend, moisturizer, or even a nourishing cleanser. 1 drop of True Cinnamon oil per 2-3 cups of carrier oil like Sweet Almond, Olive, Sunflower, or Jojoba. The mix can be used for massage and baths.
For hair, a few drops of the mix can be added straight to your shampoo or conditioner or by a direct scalp massage. Once diluted, massage oil throughout your hair, place a shower cap over your hair and leave it on for up to 15 minutes, and shampoo hair.
Or you may add a few drops to your hair conditioner, place a shower cap over your hair for 10 to 30 minutes and rinse off with water.
