Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

All orders should arrive within 1-6* business days anywhere in Canada after processing is done at our warehouse. Once your order is processed, we will charge your credit card and you will be e-mailed your tracking number. All orders within Canada can be tracked at Canadapost.ca or by login in your Apex Nutrition's Account. Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel by default*.

* Delivery times are approximate and based on information from Canada Post. Canada Post might delay shipping which is beyond Apex Nutrition's control. During Holiday Season Canada post might take longer than usual to process which is also beyond Apex Nutrition's control. The delivery date of your order depends on when the order leaves our warehouse, the destination address for the item and the shipping method. For select items, we offer an Estimated Delivery Date during checkout. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, processing time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the shipping destination. Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.

 

LOW STOCK 

If a product that you ordered is low in stock, then we will offer the following:

  1. Hold your order and ship once the missing product(s) arrive back in stock.
  2. Receive a refund or credit for the missing product(s).

If you make a mistake while inputting your shipping address and the parcel returns to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost and the cost to ship back to you.

Note: During holidays and the holiday season, orders can be delayed beyond shipping times indicated.

FREIGHT POLICY

Shipping and handling charges on all orders vary; contact your Apex Nutrition account manager for our most current and competitive rates, options and shipping specials. For the Customer's protection, we ship only to the verified billing address of the Customer's credit card or to the address provided to us by the Customer. International shipping are available.
