Therefore, einkorn contains only genome A and no D. Easily digestible and sufficient in many vitamins, minerals, and nutrients such as lutein, alpha, and beta carotene, manganese, phosphorus, and many more.

Einkorn Porridge (Cook Time: 2 minutes):

Ingredients:

1.5 cup of Apex Nutrition Einkorn Porridge

1.5 water
-
2 cups coconut milk
-
1 tsp Maple syrup (can increase as desired)

44g of butter
-
2-3 minutes to cook
Instruction:
- Add milk, water, butter, and syrup into a pot and mix together well on medium to low heat

Add porridge
-
Lower heat as soon as it starts to boil

Continue to stir for about 2 minutes more and can lower the heat more if needed

Take the pot off the stove
